Granite Air Center is seeking an Aviation Ground Support Technician to provide high quality service to general aviation customers. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Training will be provided. This is a rare opportunity to work in the highly sought after aviation field! Responsibilities of this full-time position include, but are not limited to fueling, parking, towing, and de-icing aircraft, as well as fuel farm operations, general grounds & building maintenance, and assisting customers on arrival & departure. Physical requirements include stepping up & down ladders and equipment, lifting up to 75 lbs, bending and stooping, standing & walking for extended periods, and good hand-eye coordination. Position requires working flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Ground Support Technicians are key employees who must be committed to safety, able to follow procedures, operate equipment, learn & execute hand signals, and understand aircraft refueling requirements. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. Excellent customer service & communication skills and basic computer & math skills are required. On the job training provided for the right candidate.
